Safety Guidelines for Using the Bydex App
With care for your security and financial well-being
Dear users! The security of your transactions may be at risk due to external circumstances beyond the control of the Bydex application. To minimize these risks, we strongly recommend that you read and follow the safety guidelines below when performing conversions or transfers:
- Always verify the identity of the person whose details you plan to send funds to. You can do this via a personal message, call, or by checking their account status in the payment system.
- Be extremely careful when entering the recipient’s account or card number. Any mistake may result in irreversible loss of funds.
- Never provide loans or send money to strangers through non-reversible payment systems — the risk of fraud in such cases is very high.
- If you are asked to make a payment or transfer in a way that differs from what is shown in the Bydex app interface, refuse the transaction and immediately contact Bydex Support.
- Do not use your personal bank accounts to transfer funds belonging to third parties. Such actions may unintentionally make you an accomplice to illegal financial operations.
- Always verify the authenticity of messages or requests that appear to come from Bydex or its representatives.
The Bydex application and its administration:
- do not provide loans or credits to users;
- do not borrow or accept funds under interest;
- do not accept donations and never request payment details outside the app.
If you receive a suspicious message that appears to be from Bydex or from similar-looking sources, do not follow any instructions from it and immediately report the incident to our support team.
